ICE RECORDS MISSION STATEMENT
Ice Records' mission is to work in conjunction with artists to produce a retail ready project that can propel them to the next level of their musical career. We will teach artists how to negotiate business matters and how to appropriately conduct themselves with label executives and promoters. Artists will learn to promote themselves in other markets across the country and in different venues. Our goal is to completely prepare artists for success in the music industry
